There have been a lot of Threads on Benzos lately and a lot of posts have come up. My question is what is the most common doseage for anxiety and sleep. I know we're all different. But the l5mg I take a day seems like an awful lot compared to what a lot of the guys take. I don't feel groggy or tired on it but others seem to at much lower doses. Even 35years ago when I took it for the first time I took 5mg three times a day, and 450mg of meprobamate. So, what's my problem? How come I required such a high dose right from the beginning? Your dose isn't particularly high. The usual dose for anxiety is 6-30mg a day.

Hi Ed! I see your back posting today. What no studying? But, thanks for the reply it really has me worried. When I read a post of 40mg not working anymore, and either a year or more of WD or a higher dose it scared me! Miss your Babbles. Fondly, PJ OOOOOO
