vivid dreams

Yesterday I took prozac for the first time in about a year and a half. Never before did it give me any kind of crazy dreams. Last night for the first time I had one of the scariest dreams in my life. I dreamt I was in a dark room. I was standing in front of a full length mirror. My eyes were aglow. Crazy looking. I was pulling people into the room, one at a time..dragging them in front of the mirror...choking them and asking them if they wanted to see themselves die. I have always been able to control my dreams. This dream I couldnt change. I had to fight to get out of the dream. That has never happened to me before. It scared me real bad. When I woke up I had to call someone. Near the end of the dream...after pulling in the last person, I remember backing away from the mirror, but my eyes were still aglow in the mirror like I was still standing right in front of it. I was out of my mind. Could this have happened after taking the first prozac dose?

Hi!

>Could this have happened after taking the first prozac dose?

Yes, SSRIs such as Prozac often cause side effects after a single dose.
