I've been fighting anxiety real bad today and yesterday, I guess it's a little setback. I've been on Lexapro for @ 1 1/2 yrs at 10mg and it's been working great but the last couple of days have been hard. Anyway, I get horrible PMS and cramping during my period. The doctor gave me vicoden for my cramps because of how bad they get but i'm scared of taking anything else. I still have aboout 10 days before the PMS starts but I have a hard enough time taking xanex when i need it. Has anybody had any experiences with this combination?

I took Hydrocodone while on Lexapro and had no problem with it.. it's a different drug but I had no interactions.
Maybe call a pharmacist and ask them what they think, they'll know if there should be any interaction.

Been there, done that many times. No interaction between the two as far as I am able to detect.
