I have been on Effexor XR 150 ML for 4 years and my erections are not half of what they used to be. Has anyone discovered a solution to this problem? Is their anything that I can get over the counter that will fix this problem?

Of course the drugs such as Viagra work well for most people. But over the counter drugs have mixed results. Ginkgo works for some people but you have to take it every day for at least a month. Even then, the results are usually not very dramatic from experiences I have read about.
Yohimbine can be taken either every day, or as needed. It is probably the most effective over the counter drug, but it gives many people uncomfortable anxiety, and it is not considered to be as effective or as safe as prescription ED drugs.
