Hi,
I'm on Cybalta 60 for 4 weeks today. I am wondering when people have begun to see benefits. I switched from effexor and haven't seen much change in my depression--good or bad. I switched hoping Cymbalta would treat my chronic pain and so far it hasn't. Any thoughts?

I began to see results in about two weeks. By four weeks they were stronger and stronger still after six weeks. And I'm only taking 30mg/d, though I am taking it with 450mg/d of bupropion, which could make a significant difference since they both target noradrenaline, plus one also targets serotonin and the other dopamine. I do experience sexual dysfunction, however, where I didn't on burpropion alone. And I experience severe constipation, which I've never had from any other antidepressant.
This is the end of the thread.
