i am having the worst withdrawl for lexapro
about every 3-5 seconds i feel like i am being zapped with a cattle prod. help does any one know how to ease it?

Hey,
im going thru bad withdrawl too. the zaps are even worse today. the only thing ive heard to ease them is valium.

ive been making a tune on logic for the last hour and just realized i didnt notice any zaps at all. maybe the best way to deal with them is to totally distract ur mind from them. of course now that im thinking about them i can feel them again!

They call that brain shivers. It wil go away. Just don't be afraid of them, they aren;t permanent and won't hurt you.

So you have the the wellbutrin itchies and I have the lexapro brain zaps. I'm not sure mine will ever go away. It's been 4 months and no relief. I tapered off lexapro for about 4 weeks. I've read that some folks still get the zaps after several years.
