I'm just curious if anyone here has any experience with those "Brainwave" tapes. There's a shareware program you can get at www.bwgen.com that'll make WAVs you can burn to CD. Basically I think the theory is that the rapidly alternating tones (L/R channel) cause your brain to achieve different states when listened to with headphones.
I've used the sleep ones from that site before and they definitely do see to help me get sleepy. However, I think some of the other claims are pretty far fetched (Anti-Depressent pre-sets, etc).
Just wondering if anyone here has any experiences...
