I've been on 50 mg of Lamictal for 13 days. Prior to that 25 mg for 2 weeks. Very tired and drowsy during day. No help with Dep.(unipolar) Started taking it at bedtime. A little better.
How long might I expect the side effects to last before they might decrease?
Can anyone cite me a good source of info. on Lamictal for Dep.? I'm already on 75 mg of Effexor.
(I like the old days-- 16 years ago -- when I could call my now retired MD with these types of questions. Now, I have to make decisions based on what I can get from the web.)

hi there,
at remedyfind they have great info and med reviews. people discuss their dosages, rate the meds, etc. and there's a description of the drugs.
just type remedyfind in your search engine. once you get there do a search for lamictal in the upper right-hand corner. then search that list for lamictal for depression and click on it..if this is too confusing let me know and i'll post a link..good luck!
