I know that it's best to take Neurontin 3x daily, but how important is the night time dose if it wears off by the time you wake up? (other than if you need sleep aid) Or does it carry over more than i thought
thanks

I don't know much about neurontin, but I think that the answer depends on what you are taking it for. If you are taking it for seizures, then you should take all the doses. If you are taking it for anxiety, then I guess you could see if you feel ok after cutting out the night dose.

I take it for anxiety...But I was told that the half-life is such that you have to constantly have it in your system by taking it every 7 or 8 hours. I guess if it's not causing more harm, I'll use the "if it aint broke" method. I guess I was just more curious than anything.
