I would like to try taking it in the morning to see if it helps with my sleep since I've been waking in the middle of the night. I normally take it around 7 or 8 p.m. Should I go ahead and take it this morning after taking one last night at 8 pm? Or should I take several days to change the schedule - taking it at 4 pm today, noon tomorrow and 8 am the next day?
Thanks in advance for any advice you give. :-)
