I started taking Zoloft 5 months ago. I'm up to 150 a day. I was prescribed it for my panic attacks, social anxiety, and mild depression.
At this point, I seem to be MORE introverted. I have much less desire to be around people and I am feeling more and more depressed as the days/weeks go on. And...talk about tired! Every day I can come home from work and sleep for 1 or 2 hours!
Have I given Zoloft enough time at 5 months? Has anyone heard of it actually causing more depression?

Yes it should be at its full potential now.. i would go back to the doctor and ask to try something else along with the zoloft maybe?
Maybe a drug other than an ssri could help with depression. Like reboxatine(edronax) or maybe even remeron could be added, (makes u more tired though)
Do let me know
Take care

I agree. Five months should be enough time to get a feel for the drug. It sounds like it was working initially...was it? If so, you generally tend to stick with the drug as it's working on some level. There are other drugs that you can use to augment...that might be a good solution as crazychickuk alluded to.
