I was prescribed N for an essential tremor and sleep difficulties. It helped immediately for sleep (had to raise dose after 2 weeks from 600-900 to continue getting desired effect). For the tremor it has been hit and miss. I have not found anything to work 100% well and have tried Inderal, tenormin and Mysoline (yuck).
