Oh, for goodness sake. Dry mouth is a symptom of kidney damage, that does not mean that everyone with dry mouth has kidney dammage.

Anyhow, if it really is a sign that you are about to have a seizure, then so what. My cousin has seizures every month and he gets stright A's in school.

But seriously, if it really does concern you then go back to 30mg and or talk to the doctor.
(You can see a psychiatrist if you think you need help beyond the scope of the medical doctor.)

Have you tried 5-htp with Remeron? Some say it is a really good combination.

Best of Luck

Is there any way to seek immediate help? I know the medical system in the uk is collapsing, but is it really that bad? Is it possible to go to hospital to talk with a doctor? IMO nobody on this board is able to help you right now. I would seek help in person, if I were you!

good luck and I hope its not a bad thing

Donna--

I think you are a very anxious person, like me, and your body sends you strong signals that you interpret to mean something is horribly wrong. There *is* something wrong--you either feel things too strongly, or you misinterpret sensations other people consider normal--but I bet you don't have any of the horrible conditions you worry about.

I've found Klonopin (clonazepam) to be helpful in taking the edge off my anxiety. I've never gotten much from relaxation exercises but maybe I haven't given them enough of a chance. I've discovered if I take half a Klonopin I can relax enough to go to a yoga class. Then I feel a little better. Maybe you would get something out of yoga too.

I might try CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy) for my depression. It gives you tools to re-evaluate the meaning of your perceptions. That's something that might help your worries about your health.

Your thoughts?

Ilene
