I have been using Celexa for about 7 years for dysthemia. Last year i had the dreaded poopout (extremely tired, listless) and took a drugholliday, switching first to Wellbutrin 150/Trazodone 50 which made me furious most of the time. I dropped the Wellbutrin and upped the trazodone from 50 to 150 which got rid of the aggression. Now about 7 months have passed and this trazodone doesnt really work that well. I am considering to go back on Celexa, or should i go for Lexapro?

I think that you could either go back to Celexa or try Lexapro. The more important thing is the dose that you use. Drugs very oftentimes poop out, but the proper solution is not to change drugs. The proper solution is to increase the dose, and/or add another drug such as Wellbutrin.
