Is Lex good for ocd and social anxiety.I was on 30mg Paxil at one time, which worked excellent, but quit due to side effects.

Yes it is good for both. It seems that for many people, Lexapro may have less side effects than Paxil.

Hey Ya'll
There seems to be a much larger response if you tag your questions up where there are a lot of lexapro users. Just a suggestion that has helped me out and gotten me great answers and support.

Hi Lotus,
I think you should give it a try. It's been wonderful for my anxiety/depression and I know it's commonly prescribed for OCD.
