ZOLOFT

Posted by method_acting on October 6, 2003, at 18:26:47

Just wondering if Zoloft had affected anyone else like this:

I feel like I'm walking in a haze at all times. Objects I see everyday look far from normal.

I'm on Zoloft 100 mg daily.

Also, thinking of just stopping it cold turkey, anyone done this and if so, what am I in for?

I stopped Zoloft cold turkey because my psychitrist wanted to change me onto someting else. Withdrawing made me so dizzy that I couldnt stand up some of the time, I got pins and needles in my fingers and feel and felt really nauseous. I the end I went back to my origional dose then started to taper off over a few weeks (I was on 100mg). This was abit better but still quite bad for me. Not everyone is the same and you might have no side effects at all. Could you ask you're doctor for some advice?
