Has anyone heard if Cymbalta has hit the shelves yet? If not when is it expected to? Thanks

Now it appears Cymbalta will be held up until sometime next year. Oh well, can't believe it will help me anyway.

My PDoc works with Lilly here in Indy.
He says the feds are not giving Lilly fair treatment on this manufacturing quality issue.
In any event, Cymbalta may be delayed for depression use for some additional number of months.

At least the FDA has improved to the point in which they give themselves action dates, which makes them more accountable. Cymbalta for depression's action date is fast approaching, in which the FDA will state that compliance level of Lilly's Building 105. That will clear the last significant hurdle for Cymbalta. Both the FDA and Lilly know they have THE winner here.

By the way, I expect the book "Building 105" to be out in about 5 years.

Hi.

Where did you find such detailed information regarding this drug?

Thanks.

I just got off the phone with a PR representative at Eli Lilly. She said that they are still looking for the approval of duloxetine (Cymbalta) to occur in the fourth quarter of this year.
