I'm on day 11 of 10 mg Lexapro and doing OK with it. I was previously on 75 mg of Effexor and that to me was like being shot out of a cannon - I just couldn't tolerate it nor wait around for things to get better. That being said, Lexapro is milder in comparison. I think gradually increasing is best in my not educated opinion!

I'm curious to see how it goes for you. Thanks, Treb

Keep us posted.
PS~ May I ask what side effects caused you to go back down to 5mg?
.......just wondering......

It's a good idea to do it gradually.

I have not heard of it. If it is in fact due to the increased dose, it will probably go away soon.

Hi, I've had it in one ear a few times, but I'm on 10mg, not much-no biggie to me-doesn't bother me terribly.
