Thank you to anyone that can share their experience.
I've been taking Lexapro for over 3 mos. and began with 10 mg. in the pm due feeling more fatigued and spacy than usual. As I've upped my dose, to 15mg., doctors orders I've noticed night time anxiety and body stiffness. Nothing else has changed in my other meds.
I'm guessing that maybe I'm getting to a therapeutic dose of Lex for depression and it would be better to take in the morning. Tried taking it a lunch once last week and my friend told me I was acting spacy that evening at dinner.
Any suggestions?

I take 20 mg Lexapro. I've been on that dose ever since it first came out last year. I used to take it in the morning. I now take it before going to bed and now feel less tired during the day.

I currently take 3mg of Lexapro in the morning. I have found that the Lexapro doesn't make me the least bit fatigued. In fact, it has been inducing insomnia even thought I take it in the AM.

Thanks guys for sharing your experience with me. Saw my doctor today and will continue to take lex at night per his suggestion.

Do you really take only 3 mg? I know that some people take 5 mg but I want to see if you really take 3 or if you meant to say 30. Do you take the liquid form? If you do, what flavour or flavours does it come in?

Ijut read a different post you wrote and saw that you meant 30 mg of Lexapro. Why are you on such a high dose? I take 20 but most people take 10. That could be why it is causing teeth grinding, anxiety, and insomnia. Did you start on 30 or did you start on a lower dose and move up?
