I'm currently taking 10mg. and studies show that 20mg. only increase side effects. I haven't noticed much difference with 10mg.
Has anyone taken 20mg. and noticed a difference form 10mg.?

I have moved from 10 to 20 and have experienced significant decreases in anxiety and panic attacks. My Pdoc tells me that many of his patients have had to go up to as much as 30 to experience relief. I am familiar with the research you mentioned, and it appears to me to not be accurate in all cases.

Thaks for everyone's feedback and support. It's such a relief to not feel sooo alooone in this disease. Thanks again and I will try boosting my dose up to 20mg. with doctors approval.
