This is my second try at Effexor, although my first was at best half hearted effort. This go around, my Phys put me on 150, then 300, then back to 225 when I became to happy too soon! (During a unscheduled sabbatical to a psyhc unit, which was a godsend.) This is my 4th day at the new, slower advanced dose of 300 and I am feeling good. Not quite ready to return to work, but hoping the anxiety effects of the XR will help on that. Great luck to you, I am here.
