My pdoc just upped my dose of celexa from 60 to 80 mg to see if it will help with obsessions. I was on 60 mg plus 2 mg risperdal but had to go off risperdal due to elevated prolactin levels. How do you find 80 mg works for obsessions? Do you have difficulty concentrating at that high a dose? Thanks, babs
