I just started taking lexapro my face is starting to break out is this one of the side effects?

It is possible....I experienced a bad rash on my back and arms first 2 weeks on Lex, but it did go away. Haven't been eating differently??? There are many BAD side effects possible w/Lex, and I experienced most of them, but they ALL went away.
If you are really concerned please check w/your DR.
