hey all,
I've read some pretty promising things on this site about the benefits of fish oil supplements--unfortunately, I can't take products made from fish cause I'm a vegetarian, so I was just wondering if there were any other sources of omega-3 that I could try. Any thoughts?

Any thoughts? You're female, so ground flax seed and/or flax oil are good options. Alternatively, you could look for an algae-based oil containing DHA, called Neuromins.
