I was experiencing some side effects a month ago on fish oil, such as insommnia and mild activation. So I went from 6 caps to zero. This was a mistake. I started a lower dose this week (3 caps) and definately relize the benefits it has.

Fish oil has gave me more energy and vitality than any antidepressants . Its rare isnt it?
