Yes has anyone here ever use injectable haldol? I didn't even about it until I had heard about it on another site.
They say it causes less side effects than the pill. My daughter was on haldol pill form when her first bout of schizophrenia sufaced. It really helped her greatly. However due to increased seizures and hair breakage she was taken off of it.
She has now been on abilify for 3 months. We see some slight improvements but not like we have hoped for. I do know when she started on haldol pill form we saw immediate results.
Thanks again guys for your help. That is one of the many things I do like about this site is everyone has always been so helpful in sharing and replying to questions one may have.
