Topomax immunity

Hello,
I have been on topomax previously, but after about 8 months it did not work any longer. Anyone else ever have this? Have tried many things since that I could have opened my own pharmacy. Am trying topomax again, but it seems to be upsetting my stomach and I have only just started on 25mg. Any suggestions on how I might be able to help this from happening? Thanks
