I can't sleep and when I do I scratch my face and body in my sleep..often till it bleeds...I look like I've been in a fight.
Driving me nuts!..and my depakote is going to be increased.
I know I'm moaning but I just can't stand these side effects.

Dreamerz, tell your doctor as soon as you can. You could be getting a serious systemic reaction to the Depakote. If you have to go to the ER and tell them what meds you are on, so they can do some blood workup, etc., to make sure.

Hi Ritch..I've just had a blood test..this is only a recent occurance-after 6 weeks-spots are more like acne but on my face..I feel like I got bugs crawling over me. I'll have to wait till tues to phone doc.

Have you had any hypomanic episodes lately? :) I don't know what it is, but I get acne outbreaks sometimes during more prolonged high times. Lithium causes me to break out with acne at times, too.

I'm thinking though..it may be my crap washing machine not rinsing properly..I'm sensitive to soap powder..or maybe I have fleas : )
Suppose if there is no rash I'm ok..been looking at web.
