I have had chroinc depression since early adolesance (someone along the way sugested I was BP2) and am giving up on SSRI's and was wondering if anyone has had ANY success on "alternate" therapies..and sitting on someones couch and spilling my guts NEVER did anything but make me more depresssed..and I don't buy into the "you have to feel worse to feel better" so I can not tolerate med's that make me too tierd or make me fat and nauseous at the same time..(who'da thought THAT was possible)...well thanks for your time and interest..
