Is it possible to increase central tyrosine hydroxylase?
Does NADH have any potency in increasin cathecolamine synthesis?

Tyrosine hydroxylase is the enzyme that converts tyrosine to DOPA, and it is the rate-limiting step in dopamine synthesis.

The expected effect of increased tyrosine hydroxylase activity would be an increase in dopamine.

I don't think increasing dopamine is something you want to do.
