Calling all experienced MAOI dieters

I need some confirmation on this. I clearly recall using Kraft canned "fat free" grated parmesan cheese (which I refer to as fake cheese) in recipes when last on a MAOI. I never had a problem with it. Can anyone out there confirm the same? Do the studies say avoid this? or consider it processed cheese, like american cheese slices?

According to http://www.vh.org/Providers/Conferences/CPS/19.html, Kraft brand parmesan cheese contains about 0.2mg of tyramine per serving--not enough to cause any problems.

Thank you sooooooo much! I guess I remembered correctly. The article was very informative, I like having cold hard data.
Gratefully,
