I'm sorry you're so frustrated, but if you think someone might be offended by your message, then don't *post* it. Thanks,

Bob

It's not as bad as i wrote earlier. I was drunk and a bit depressed. Have to take a lot of pressure every day; studies, economy and my psych problems etc.

instead of beer, try weed :X but seriously...when you can...find a sedative that doesnt depress the hell out of you. can i also recommend stepping back...it all looks so incredibly intimidating up close, but once you take a step back, you can evaluate the wall in front of you...and then you can take it one brick at a time...i was in the same position you are a week ago...and this advice really helped...hopefully it'll help you. but at any rate, hang in there, it'll get better.

If you listen to a lot of loud heavy metal (like I do ;-) to feel better its possible you may have ADD or some form of it. People with ADD tend to seek a lot stimulation and this one of those ways. I find it helpful to crank up the tunes and work out at the same time. I feel better after that! :)
