Hello,
I have been taking Effexor XR, 150mg daily, in the pm for some time now.
I was given this drug to assist me in sleeping due to my Fibromyalgia and the problems I was having, relaxing during sleep.
I have found that during times of extreme stress, my dreams are vivid and violent, nightmares. I recently quit my job (terribly stressful), after 1 week of resting and no stress, the dreams have stopped.
I am glad to have something like this that helps me relax so that I can sleep. The Fibro. causes all kinds of problems and the Effexor seems to help with alot of them.
Good luck to all of you and I hope to hear from you,
Heidi
