I was out of work for 8yrs. do to anxiety & depression,I was having panic attacks when I was around people. I couldn't even get gas for the car, & sometimes even ran out.Making phone calls are even hard still, & that makes my job hard since we have to uses the phone to call around the building,I've been at this job almost 2yrs. & haven't used the phone, Always find a reason to get around it.
How can I get over this phobias? I had a patient in trouble & the nurse told me to call for some help & I couldn't do it, I got someone else to do it. Can't take beening scared.
