Does anyone who has taken SAMe, find it intrudes on sleep or increases anxiety??

The package insert says not to take too late in day because it might interfere with sleep. Never did with me. Seemed to make sex a tad better.

Sleep like a baby and no increase in anxiety. Can't say much about sex...depression wiped out most of my lust long ago. But SAMe hasn't had a negative effect on sex relating to its pleasurability (is that a word?).

I hope someday they make SAMe in maybe 400 mg tabs, so yoy won't have to take as many pills
