Yes, of course we can. Anyway, i was just trying to bring help to some babblers. No more no less. One day they will discover the genetic flaw which leads to this behavior. And i hope the same thing for the mental illness.Bye.

That is kind of a totalitarian way of putting it.
Homosexuality is not considered a mental illness. I think that since, many people in this position aren't suffering or hurting anybody, it will never be a focus of medical science. I know it discusts you but....
Just like we aren't really working to find a cure for left handedness, although at one point in time, people thought we should be.If a pill was to take it away over night, I would't recognize myself.

Well of course it used to be a mental illness and then the committee that decides what goes in the DSM decided it wasn't, just like they decided not to put in 'innapropriate male aggression' and so on.
This doesn't even deserve the respect one might give to the concept of witchcraft, well maybe I'm too nostalgic.

I think an example of that statement would be a homosexual person who pretends to be stright just

Ahhh How can you pretend? I once went to a gay bar in Cape Cod. The guys were all dancing together with their hands in each other's pockets. Down the street was a gay bar for women. They were all making cat calls and putting their fingers in their mouth to whistle loudly. Quite frankly, as i said before most of my friends were gay guys. They're the best. No competition like a woman would have with another woman. Much less stress. So i don't care how some people in society may feel each is entitled to his own.
