Trucker,

I was going to ask you on the other thread, but I didn't think it was appropriate there. How is the weight loss coming? I need a success story to give me some hope. And how are you doing otherwise. You are always helping people, but you never say how things are going for you.

God bless,

Simus

Great choice Anakin...Weight watchers is the best...You can still eat what you want but it just makes you realize portion control and that is the smartest way to go...although Mrs C. has had very good luck with the atkins..but I believe in the weight watchers...Good luck...mystic

Hey girlfriend..

I think for adults it is "Depends" and for babies it is "Pampers". Well, you are too old to "Pamper" yourself and too young to "Depends" yourself, so I don't know what to advise... (I hope I made you smile at least a little.)

This was really really good made me laugh I am keeping this one..you are too funny...How are you feeling??..better I hope that life is looking better for you..take care your friend Mystic

$5.00/week is not bad, especially considering the cost of some of the programs out there. I think I will check it out.

Trucker, can you explain a little bit of the diet to me. I have been on Atkins since January but I am looking to try something different. I have heard that South beach is kind of similar. Can you still have full fat salad dressing. I cant live without that? Everything else I can do without. I have already given up sugar completely, except for fruit. Congrats on your weight loss and I have no doubt that you can do this! Maybe we can do it together for support. I know I can use it sometimes. Mrs. C

Lexy, I eat italian. I think anything with less than 2 carbs per serving is okay. Lots of companies now have low carb salad dressing. I have tried the ranch and it is very good. No difference that I could tell from regular ranch. Even my daughters didn't notice. A little tip for you, don't buy low carb cereal or bread. YUCKY with capital letters! Also get yourself some sugar free candy. Russell Stovers makes really good ones. It got me through some tough times in the beginning. Good luck, Mrs. C

the bread does taste pretty bad, but if you toast it it is much better. put a little butter or olive oil on both sides and stick it in the toaster oven.
