I'm glad you decided to take it again. At least, the withdrawal problem is back under control. Are you taking the same dose as before?

> i will try the vitamin C 1000 mg and E soon and let you know about it.

Good. Thanks for letting me know. I think the lower vitamin E dose I suggested makes it less likely for those effects you noticed before, and the vitamin C keeps the vitamin E active.

You were reducing by 50 mg a week? How's that going?

im not reducting seroquel yet, after hollidays i will.

can i take vitamin C 1000 mg, Vitamin E 2000 IU, and magnesium twice 200 mg a day, with my current medication Seroquel 500 mg, seroxat 30 mg, tranxene 15 mg twice a day?

everything together is bad right? btw seroquel is treating my sort of nystagmus caused by geodon very bad, on the other hand tranxene is helping a lot more.

im looking forward to getting better, but its a year i have this condition now, BUT my social life has improved thanks to seroxat. but seroquel is helping to get pannick attacks

Jeroen that's great! And I don't think the magnesium will hurt you. What's important is that you're improving. Congratulations! Fondly, Phillipa

Wonderful news! What is it that you are worried is dangerous? The magnesium is perfectly safe. In fact, most people should increase their intake of magnesium. It is calming. It reduces muscle cramps. It helps with sleep. You can't hurt yourself with the magnesium, unless you take so much that you have constant diarrhea.

> because seroquel and tranxene are working on my eye muscles aswell, it appears my TD has improved but i feel WEIRD!!!!!!!!!

Weird? Okay weird, or not okay weird?

That's good news, too. Now, it's time to have a Happy New Year!

Hi J :)

You sound good!

You'd have to take a LOT to go into a coma J. You don't have anything to worry about.

As far as I know, it's virtually impossible to overdose on oral magnesium unless you've got kidney failure.
