diet help

hello it's rj

my personal trainer has been beliving in me, that i would get toned, and rid the little bit of chunky off me. I'm not fat, just a little bit of love handles. So, today i went to jack in the box and bought sour dough jack, nuggest, and 2 cheezecakes. Now i feel like sh it that i did that, i'm suppost to be eating healthy. But my brain will automatically mention to me, to get junk food and be content. Well, content means weight gain. I can't believe it, pigged out today. Oink Oink.

So, i have 4 days to get lost 5lbs. I've been a bit sick, and when im not feeling well, junkfood is a comfort. It's like....you bite into a burger , anything and the taste makes it good, and then feeling full after. Eating healthy is not so much pleasure but more of a disapline. Relationships with food, you eiher choose the bad infuence food, or good influence.

Does anyone here have things about diet routines? like what do you eat, and is it healthy, or piggy food

yeah. i can be a bit like that with food, too. also alcohol -- which is a really really bad food, for the most part, with empty calories, and a known carcinogen...

my experience is that eating well is something that happens when i am relatively busy with things... so i forget to eat, even. and then when i have enough money to buy out and select healthy and delicious options. i mean, i'd rather eat fresh salmon sushi (etc) than cheaper junk foods.

it's hard when there's so much time at home or alone (do you tend to binge around other people or by yourself?) or both... tick tock killing in the time... blotting it out. or something. waiting for... what are we waiting for again?? wasting.

sigh. i'm not feeling very well, either, sorry.

i wouldn't suggest trying to lose a lot of weight in a hurry... Why do you think you need to do that? To not disappoint your trainer?

you could lose water weight with dehyration. that's what athletes do to make weigh-in. but there really isn't any point to it at all from a losing the love handles perspective... and if you manage to drop a few with dehyrdation then... how are you going to lose a few more next time? that would be a pretty dangerous trajectory...

it helps me a bit to not have stuff in the house. i know that if i buy it then i'll eat it. when it comes to junk food anyway.

i also know that my taste buds change if i go full abstinence on junk food. it takes a week or so... a sort of a detox. but then different kinds of vegetables taste very distinctly different and actually delicious and good. but if i'm in the habit of munching away on chips or whatever then i don't find vegetables to be delicious at all.

water.

for the full feeling. to kill boredom to help with the detox, i guess.

i think it is about detoxification. the way to think of it.

frankenfood. it's not real food. it's been altered in an attempt to have you consume a greater volume of it for increased profits.. and it's been altered to have a nearly infinite shelf-life. that's all.

yeah eating healthy is a chore for me. I mean, if i get on a vegitatian role, and lose weight i would stay with it for a while, then hop off. Only experience i've had with not eating is ... taking a stimulant - paticulary dexedrine. It makes eating not satifable, it's a chore or have to eat. Psychostimulants increase your metabolism and make youo not hungry - basically that's why its a diet pill. But my trainer really has been ... he wnats me to lose weight, i do too. But ill have a party pig out period after i work out 6 days before i get weighed. And usally it's only for 1 day. Piggy time, oink. I quick tasty food is satifiable, then eating yeah soething like samon is more of chore and is less satifiying. I think youo have to train, yourself to make a transition over from unhealthy food - to healthy foods. Unhealthy foods are pleasurable, that's why there avaiable to the masses. You don't see healthy fast food resturants anywhere. You don't - there fast food, and that's why i think it's made some population overweight. Not saying bad, but it depends, some people are just fast food people. There not overweight, there just fast food people. Get it fast, down it, be satisfied. I think transitions have to be done for a diet, but a diet doenst mean anything until the belief system or choice is changed. I think people call it a diet, and usally temporary, not permanent

Sometimes it can help to identify your trigger.

I wonder why that is?

Is the idea to binge then then be more strict with yourself for the next 6 days?

Or something else?

it's like i'll reward myself after workout, but i do it one time. I have a problem with eating fast food. But i'm trying to transition to healthy food, but it's more like a chore
