Just Your Laugh

I meant to ask you. Has your therapist done anything to redeem himself in your eyes? I know you were coming to trust him. Have you had any luck getting that feeling back?

he laughed.
i talked with my t about why i thought i shouldnt see him again...i guess we worked it out..

jyl,
You have been supportive here. I'm sorry you are struggling right now. Now's the time for us to support you!

It sounds like you are really overwhelmed. What a difficult thing it must be to consider leaving your husband. I'm sending your positive energy and thoughts.

I'm glad you resolved things a bit with your T. Hopefully, that will help you get through this time.

Please continue posting. We'd all like to help if we can, or just be here for you.

Take care of yourself either way,
gg

No need to apologize, sweet JYL. There are all times we can't contribute positively, but those are the times to give others the gift of the chance to support us.

Please stick around and let us help you with support for a while?

I'm glad you worked things out with your therapist. A person you can trust is an awful thing to lose.

I have also learned a lot from you. You have important things to say and you often make me think of things in a new way.
Please don't go,
antigua

JYL--I don't know if something happened on 'boards' to make you want to flee, or if this is due to the overall pain you've been in during very recent times. If you need a break, take it, but please don't feel you have to stop posting!

You need the support now more than ever, so I hope you'll stay and get it.

I also hope you can get extra support off line, too. It sounds like it's a rough time right now.

You are important and very special. Your lists of ten have always continued to inspire me--I think about the idea of it even when you're not around, even when no one is doing the lists. But I think of you and your inspiration of us.

I think of your poetic way of expressing yourself, of your art, of your tremendous love.

I wish I could send you whatever it is you need to heal right now. I don't know what that is and I know I can't really send it, but I wish I could. I hope the wishes you get from your admirers here can help sustain you enough for you to get the support you need to get through this rough time.

Now look it hun... justyourlaugh

This board isn't about always being positive, or the life of the party. It's about being honest, and saying how you're feeling. And I don't honestly think anyone wants for you to go!!! I know I don't, and since I have the most important vote, I feel you should stay!!! Now that that's been settled, why don't you sit by me and have a bloody mary and some chips, eh???? Let's get this dead party started. What do you say, huh? Please? :)
