repentance

Posted by rjlockhart37 on August 24, 2017, at 23:32:22

i just wanted to talk on base about mainly repentance, my short thoughts are the current main stream christain say you accept christ into your heart your saved, whatever sin you do is automaically forgiven, im telling that an error, when you pray in private you repoent of your sins, and evil things, all this money from jesus make you rich, paprt of that is good because in the bible it said that god blessed many people, but i just keep getting this feeling that there set more on god's blessings rather than repenting of sin. There's a website, which.....i would post it, but don't want to offend anyone, but it clear said there was woman that died for 23 hours, and she said the lord showed her famous people that went to.....darkness, the place of brimestone, these people claimed they were christain but they never repented of their sin, they had corrupted the biblical scipture to their own set ways, went after money, or the god mammmon, rather than the true god in the bible, so i'm just saying, this is a quick word: repent of sins, saying your christain is only words, please do that to save your self from the darkness brimstone, that's all i can write, good cheers and prayers to you friend

Do you mean something like forgiveness and regret? I've felt those are things between oneself and one's god, and the less middlemen the better. Like a direct line.

i don't think it would be regret, but just....i've been doing some research on the books of the bible, there are 66 books, and the apostle Paul who wrote many books, in some ways, counter's Jesus teachings, he wrote justification in Christ, there's a lot of things verses that counteract his teachings that Paul wrote, and what Christ said.... but anwyas....what i was meaning is that .. repenting in that you truly repent, not just vain words, like sorry god, i know you'll forgive me, i can freely do what i want

Surrendering from the heart maybe? That's what comes to my mind. That would feel so good.

yes, keep the faith, be a follower of the lord, but i just have urge others who read this, please pray, and repent of your sins, it will save you life after this life is over, im telling you with all truth I say...., rebellious christens, calling themselves liberal christans, who deny this existence of darkness, say god would pardon all sins, is of ever-loving mercy, we're free to be heathens and return and be forgiven the next day ....I know that may be very good to hear, but if you say that your believer but if go out and repeat heinous sins with no guilt of doing them, that's a big error, please repent of sins. ....different stories of people wrote, and youtube videos after they saw famous people, famous christians in the darkness (hell), it does exist....please make your self true, and let this be a note to remember ....read the Authorized King James Version, its the only one that is not really altered, The other versions reword and change the meaning of the scriptures.
