Which Vitamin/Herbs Best You Think? Stumped Again

L-phenylalanine was too stimulating by itself so I went to the health food store and purchased a V2000 Multinutrient Formula for Vegetarians which is sugar and starch free here are a few things not all in it:
Rose hips
Rutin
Citrus Bioflavonoids
Betaine HCI
L-Glutamic Acid
Pyridoxal-5-phosphate
Lecithin
Hesperidin
L-Glutathione
Boron
Caroteinoid Mix
Alfalfa(whole plant)
Orange Peel powder
Dong Quai root
Eleuthero(root)
Watercress(whole plant)
Echinachea Purpurea(root)
Parsley(aerial)
Spirulina

Soy Protein/Amino Acid Blend:
L-Glutamic Acid
L-Leucine
L-Arginine
L-Lysine
L-Phenylalanine
L-Serine
L-Proline
V-Valine
L-Isoleucine
L-Alanine
Glycine
L-Threonine
L-Tyrosine
L-Histidine
L-Cysteine
L-Methionine
L-Omithine
Taurine
Whew!! Now I must go get a hand massage...lol

If phenylalanine was too stimulating then you should try tyrosine+taurine combination. You may need some extra serotonin to balance out the stimulatory amino acids. You can do that with 5htp 12.5mg to 25mg at a time, once to 3 times a day.

The other stuff you mentioned is too complicating to go into. Some good, some useless, some potentially bad.
