i've noticed i am a moderate candy addict, i don't know why but even right now im writing this im eating jujubes, when i was in rehab 10 years ago, there was this woman that ate candy alot during sessions.....

it gives like a small kind of pleasure....not like eating rich chocolate, but like smaller less rich candy....

Are you taking any meds that cause you to crave sugar?

i like chocolate raisins.

and chili and lime flavored corn chips.

i used to like jelly tip ice creams. but then i brought a family pack of 6 of them without a freezer... i thought it would be okay because i'm good for about 750ml of icecream... but they got the best of me and i haven't eaten one since.

actually... 750ml of icecream is mighty ambitious. i mean, i can do it, but then i won't do that again for at least a couple weeks...

yes....zyprexa, it alway makes me crave carbs and some sugar but it's not really the reason, i do it more as a habit.....when im doing work, or studying, i eat candy in large amounts, not rich candy choloclate that would be nasty, but like tiny little candies ... mike and ikes and jujubes

i think it's more of a pleasure seeking sensation even though candy is nothing but sweet and has no mental effect, just that sweet taste that produces small pleasure

we have had magnum ice creams for ages... since i was in high school... they are good, yeah.

we don't have corn chips the way you guys do in the US... i remember having freshly made corn chips at mexican restaurants... here... well... i just mean something like doritos.

i suspect you are right about the sweet thing...

i have roibus tea which is decaf... robus and vanilla. basically it is an excuse to have a teaspoonful of sugar. i like sipping on that while i study.

i wonder if you could replace the candy with fruit? berries or something like that.

all my mom and teachers from the past always talked about sugar and does have a high effect but it's cheap, and unhealthy for blood sugar, when glucose levels get moderate high, the mood increases for a small time.....the term "sugar high" but it's not fun.....get all peppy for about 10min and then nasty after it.....i don't eat candy for that, it's nasty to get too much sugar in the system....i just do it for the pleasant taste...

i like strawberries....with wipped cream lol.....cherries are ok, not really a big fan of them though....i like marcino cherries, but those are machine made...

and the famous thing to carry an apple around and eat it, i've seen that in movies, more like a social thing to do to look like a hotshot eating an apple.....has kinda a symbolic symbol of intelligence and other things...it was in star trek, tons of movies....but apples are ok, i don't oranges or peaches, i need to start eating fruit, grapes, refres myself with natural stuff.....high frucrtose corn surup is always a main ingriediant in candy and soft drinks....and it is very good too.....but just to have natural sugar from fruit like you said, that's healthy way, that and yogert

lol yea....i didnt mean to say magnum's are new....they have been around long time....wrote it too fast.....lol
