I started on Deplin about 3 months ago. I have notice in the past six weeks my mood has been stabilized, and I am enjoying things I used to enjoy before the onset of atypical depression. I take it with Pexeva, and synthroid, and seems to be working out all right
I still am experiencing idiopathic hypersomnia, and ED with slowed orgasm. Not sure if these 2 things are tied together. ED could be from the Pexeva. I have taken Provigil for the hypersomnia before, only to have received terrifying and debilitating panic attacks.

Try taking sublingual b-12 as methylcobalamin with it. There is definite synergy there in my experience.

Deplin hasn't been discussed lately glad to see it come up again. Second person here to have good results with it. That's wonderful. Phillipa
