Does Effexor XR actually increase sexual function at higher doses (since it become more noradrenalic)? Or is it actually made side effects worse because of the higher dosage?

Anyone? I've heard a report of a user that Effexor XR caused less Sexual Dysfunction for him at a Higher dose. This occurred (theoretically) because as the SE levels off, it works on more NE and DE
