Topemax may have made my TLE worse

I bumped Topemax up to 100 mg and started experiencing strange thoughts and had these intense sensations of fear and nightmarish thoughts. It was a rough ride.

Did you raise it on your own or did you let your doc know you were? I'd let him know what happened. Phillipa
