I have been off cymbalta 7 days now and I went off vary gradually with a doc. I have a very low stress threshold right now. I don't tolerate very well with my children 4 and 7 My nervous system seems to be very agitated right now. Any suggestions? I have been taking Benedryl to help with nausea and dizziness. but it make me tired and thirsty. I'm hopeful that I'm going to be feeling better soon.

I've been coming off Cymbalta myself and it's been just the last two days that I've taken none. I'm doing OK, but I'm still taking 150mg of Wellbutrin and about 2mg of Ativan daily. I'm also being sure to get out and run just about every day, even for a little bit, no matter how low my motivation is.
After I think I'm stable without the Cymbalta, I'm going to work on getting rid of the Wellbutrin. Then, hopefully the Ativan. I've had enough of feeling drugged all the time.
