diet help

hello it's rj

my personal trainer has been beliving in me, that i would get toned, and rid the little bit of chunky off me. I'm not fat, just a little bit of love handles. So, today i went to jack in the box and bought sour dough jack, nuggest, and 2 cheezecakes. Now i feel like sh it that i did that, i'm suppost to be eating healthy. But my brain will automatically mention to me, to get junk food and be content. Well, content means weight gain. I can't believe it, pigged out today. Oink Oink.

So, i have 4 days to get lost 5lbs. I've been a bit sick, and when im not feeling well, junkfood is a comfort. It's bite into a burger , anything and the taste makes it good, and then feeling full after. Eating healthy is not so much pleasure but more of a disapline. Relationships with food, you eiher choose the bad infuence food, or good influence.

Does anyone here have things about diet routines? like what do you eat, and is it healthy, or piggy food
