What do you mean by depth therapist? Psycho-dynamic therapy? Psychoanalysis (which seems to me to be a total waste time)?

I don't know how things are in Germany, but in the US it does take some research. Therapists just license themselves as therapists, without specifying if they do CBT, DBT or psycho-dynamic. My experience is that psychiatrists are more likely to do psychodynamic therapy (if they do therapy), while social workers are more likely to do CBT/DBT. Psychologists, I don't know - have never seen one - but I imagine they are all over the map.

I guess just call people and ask?
