This board is about psychological treatments, so if you're really interested in medications, you might want to post on the meds board -- plain "Psycho Babble" on the list of boards.

But for BDD, psychotherapy sounds like the best bet. What sorts of treatment have you tried for it so far? And is your BDD specific to any area or feature? Or is it more like an ED style BDD? If the latter, the Eating Disorders board might be helpful, too.

But in terms of medications for BDD, I don't know of anything that works without also having some psychotherapy. Then again, that may be because I have a bias in favor of psychotherapy for that sort of thing... My bias may have blinded me to medications that might work...
